0x0000 0000 Process login has failed. Review the Reply IOCB to identify the end device. Reply IOCB should be logged for this error. Contact AIX Suport
0x0000 000C The FC class (fibre channel class) returned for the N_Port ID is not supported by the current device login session.. This is an end device issue. The "BBBB BBBB" field in the sense data contains the valid class mask returned. Contact SAN AIX support.
0x0000 0016 As described in errno.h: resource busy Review errno.h description
0x0000 001a The AIX protocol driver received an error issuing a device cancel when trying to retry a SCSI clear ACA to the target device. Action depends on the reason code.
0x0000 001F The end device is indicating that is has more data to send that requested. This is likely a media driver out of sync with the device block size or an application out of sync with the device block size. Contact SAN AIX support.
0x0000 0025 A SCSI abort sent to the AIX device driver has timed out This may be due to a issue in the SAN with the target device..
0x0000 002E The end device is returning less data than the device indicated This is an end device issue. The end device is violating FC protocol standards. Contact SAN AIX support
0x0000 0047 A command sent to a device on the SAN was rejected by the device This indicates an issue with the end device or the login session with the end device. Contact SAN AIX support.
0x0000 0052 The world wide name associated with a N_Port ID has changed, Something in the SAN has changed. This is a SAN configuration issue.
0x0000 0061 The target device and the current login to the device do not support the requested FC class. This is an end device AIX issue, contact SAN AIX support..
0x0000 00A2 The successful response for the device in the SAN to a re-login show a different N_Port_ID from the last login. This is a SAN configuration issue, probably an external cable was moved. This may be prevented by enabling dynamic tracking if it is supported.by the end device.
0x0000 00bb The SAN switch Name Sever has responded to the AIX protocol driver with an N_Port_ID of 0 on a GID_PN request. An N_Port_ID of 0 is not valid, contact SAN AIX support..
0x0000 00bc While process an AIX move login, the AIX protocol driver has received a State Change Notification from the SAN or the World Wide Name from the move login does not match the AIX target information. Something has changed in the SAN, contact the SAN administrator and if can not be resolved, contact SAN AIX support.

0x0000 00c1 The SAN target device scsi id (N_Port ID) has changed. and dynamic tracking is not enabled or a non restart cmd to the device has been received by the AIX protocol driver Something has changed in the SAN, this is an end device configuration issue.
0x0000 00c6 AIX dynamic tracking was invoke for a SAN device that does not support dynamic tracking This is an informational message informing the user that the dynamic is enabled and the SAN device does not support this feature.
0x0000 00cb A Get ID request to the SAN switch name server has completed for a target device that is in the process of having the device login moved. Something has changed in the SAN, this is an informational only message
0x0000 00cd An N Port login, (login to a device in the SAN) returned with the world wide name and/or node name that does match the information in the AIX target info or the scsi io list structure. (Something has changed in the SAN). Something has changed in the SAN, this is a SAN configuration issue.
0x0000 00d3 With Dynamic tracking enabled, the AIX protocol driver received a request for a device that does not support dynamic tracking. This is an informational message informing the user that the dynamic is enabled and the SAN device does not support this feature
0x0000 00d6 An N Port discover command failed due to a N port ID that is not current.

0x0000 00e4 The were too many path recovery attempts while servicing a IOCTL, this indicates instability in the SAN. Continued changes in the SAN, this is a SAN configuration issue.
0x0000 00f7 The adapter has received less data from a device on the SAN than expected. This is a SAN device issue or a AIX hdisk driver issue, if it persists, contact AIX SAN support.
